The market is still crazy - cannot believe multiple offers, most of which are over asking. I am frequently the lowest offer at asking price - seriously!!
Having made well over 70 offers in the past 5 months, am working on a couple of short term deals, one in Fairfield (almost ready to go back on the market), another just approved short sale offer in Fairfield, one just approved short sale in San Rafael, and another accepted private sale in San Rafael.
House in Fairfield is 4/2 2150 sq ft. Purchased for $190,000, needs $25,000 in repairs, was going to relist for $255k, but now looking at $265k and might get more according to agent - I like it!
